The committee hears from the former Clerk of the Commons, Sir Malcolm Jack and Lib Dem MP John Hemming, who has stretched parliamentary conventions with his attempts to raise issues around the work of the Family Court.
His new secretary of state, John Kerry, was the leading voice in the Senate on these issues and has already told his staff how important these and other environmental concerns would be.
