Objective to investigate the application value of intracervical esophagogastric stapled anastomosis via left thoracotomy in treatment of thoracic esophageal carcinoma.
目的探讨经左胸食管胃颈内器械吻合术在胸段食管癌切除中的应用价值。
Results: the intracervical pressure was continually decreased along with the increase of tractive force. When the tractive force was 200n (20kg), the decrease of pressure was most apparent.
结果：髓核内压力随牵引力的增加而不断下降，牵引力为200n时髓核内压力下降最明显。
