Objective:To explore the curative effect of internal fixation with steel plate in treating distal 1/3 of humeral fracture through posterior midline approach.
目的探讨后正中入路钢板内固定肱骨干下1/3骨折的治疗效果。
Control group was given therapy of internal fixation with steel plate, and experiment group was given minimally invasive surgery of forearm interlocking intramedullary nails.
对照组给予钢板内固定治疗，实验组给予前臂交锁髓内钉微创治疗。
Patients were treated with screw internal fixation, steel plate internal fixation or external fixation respectively.
均经切开复位，严格按照内固定原则分别采用螺丝钉、钢板或外固定架固定进行骨折治疗。
