Considering the production practice of settler,this article proposes a method and concrete steps which are used to modify traditional settler to efficient settler.On the premise of original foundation,it modifies the structure of the settler according to efficient settler technology,chooses efficient flocculant,increases addition points.After the efficient reforming,it improves red mud separation and washing index and increases output of the equipment.
