A: The Copenhagen Conference should demonstrate the commitments, quotas and actions of the developed countries to fulfill their obligations, which are also the criteria for the success of the Conference. The developing countries as a whole hold that the goal of the Copenhagen Conference is to further enhance the comprehensive, effective and sustainable implementation of the UNFCCC and its Kyoto Protocol, and reach an agreement on that, which is an explicit stipulation of the Bali Roadmap as well as an international consensus. The Kyoto Protocol is a significant legal document for the international community to tackle the climate change, which should never be abandoned. In this final stage, we hope relevant parties can enhance cooperation, fully demonstrate political will and sincerity, and make active efforts towards an agreement acceptable to all parties at the Copenhagen Conference.
