HealthyToys.org, founded by a parental advocacy group and two American organisations, lets concerned parents text inthe name of a toy they are considering buying in a shop and instantly reports back with information about lead or other toxins that may have been found in it.
The admiral is also accused of kidnapping the child of Patricia Roisinblit and Jose Manuel Perez Rojo, who were abducted from their toyshopin a Buenos Aires suburb in 1978.
