Abstract: In alkaline medium,gold nanoparticle could catalyze the chemiluminescence（CL)of the luminol-potassium permanganate system,and the presence of ceftazidime could enhance the CL intensity of this system. Based on this,a flow injection CL method for the determination of ceftazidime was established.
