Abstract: Presently, the biology teaching at duty school generally has the phenomenon of “the knowledge instruction, the light ability development”, which is against the guiding principle of “serves for the objective, take the employment as the guidance”. To train applied-type talent with hand-working ability, we must study the biology teaching method in vocational school unceasingly, improve educational model, inquire into the biology educational reform, build teaching characteristic, integrate with the market, do student-oriented education, carry out competency -based teaching, innovate class teaching, improve students' hand-working ability and application ability to lay the foundation for their employment and entrepreneur.
