“I suppose we better get this going,” Zak said as he jumped out of the vehicle. I watched him, his skin looking bleak underneath the bits and pieces of the melancholy sky above us that wasn‘t blocked by the trees. He pulled a skeleton key out of his back pocket and I watched him unlock the strange looking gates and began to pull one side away from the other. He did it with ease although I could hear the creaking and groaning of the old rusted gate.
