The only thing my dad wasn't keen on was the location. Sure, he was upset that his ‘little girl’ would be four hours away, but New York wasn't exactly appealing to him for his eighteen year old daughter to live, either. I understood his concern. In fact, I was nervous as well. I was just happy that I was in a dorm, on campus, basically away from the busy, and occasionally frightening city.
