I finished eating and bolted upstairs. I took a longish shower and got out. I pulled on some white skinny jeans and a black tank top. I left the bathroom, deciding to let my hair air dry. I looked at the clock and saw it was 10:45. I put on my white Vans and bounced downstairs, skateboard in hand. When I got outside I locked the door and hopped onto my board. I skated down to Elizabeth's house happily. I didn't see any cars in the driveway and raised an eyebrow. I did a hard stop and kicked my board up.
