Every day, I have to introduce myself to new clients, judges and other attorneys and actually think of how I can say my own name so that it might sound less foreign, less threatening.
Perhaps these pundits should pause and think just how the British legal system would appear to the average American judges and lawyers in funny wigs indulging in an arcane ritual which is frequently incomprehensible to defendants and spectators.
