abstract:Hot Eyes was the name adopted for international acts by the Danish singing duo known in their home country as Kirsten and Søren. It was formed by Kirsten Siggard (born 7 September 1954 in Slagelse) and Søren Bundgaard (born 4 March 1956 in Glostrup).
From corporate disclosures which are quite vague, one gets the sense that they are trying to disclose the minimum that will keep them out of hot water with the SEC but immune to the prying eyes of the press and investors.
