Extraction flavonoids from Hemerocillis citrina Baroni and the extracting technological conditions as well as the separation and purification of flavonoids extracted were studied in this paper. Flavonoids was proved to be flavonol by chemical methods and spectrum(UV ,IR and HPLC).
