When asked if the Archdiocese was aware if they were subject to Title IX, Kenneth A. Gavin, Associate Director of Communications, responded that until this point he thought the Archdiocese was not. (Budd had said the same to George Pla during one of their phone calls.) However hewillingly listened and accepted all the information.
