"I got into a fight with father." I mumbled softly. He nodded, "Well that is one person I can't beat up. What was the fight about?" Shifting awkwardly, I shook my head, "You wouldn't believe me if I told you." He shifted a little closer, "Well, you won't know until you try. So hit me. What is it?" Turning my face from him, I shook my head, "You'll think I'm crazy." Suddenly, he started laughing, "That's fine, I already think you're crazy!" I turned and punched him in the shoulder. It was then that I noticed something different in his eyes, a softness I had never seen before.
