HDDR工艺是一种非常有效的生产各向异性NdFeB磁粉的技术手段HDDR过程包括吸氢-歧化-脱氢-再复合hydrogenation –disproportionation – desorption – recombination, 简称HDDR四个阶段HDDR过程的本质在于稀土金属间化合物吸氢并歧化分解再在随后的强制脱氢过程中歧化产物复合成晶粒细小的原化合物相从而实现对材料晶粒的细化平均晶粒尺寸为300nm并产生了沿主相C轴方向的晶体结构从而制备出具有优异磁性能和磁各向异性的磁粉
