2.1 Habitat has created and developed a unique range of furniture, furnishings and related products for interior decorating (“Habitat Models”). Such Habitat Models and/or model concepts, improvements or modifications thereof or further developments of the underlying idea behind Habitat Models shall remain the sole property of Habitat and all rights in the associated intellectual property shall vest exclusively in Habitat, regardless of which party has suggested or developed such improvements, modifications or further development.
