Special funds were established respectively for seven corresponding cultural promoting projects, which include fund for Cantonese music, Guangzhou acrobatics, Cantonese Han Opera and Shaoguan Cai Cha Opera, Hakka Folk Songs, “Lingnan Wen Ku”, Classical Literature and the Director for the Young Pioneers.
