The arrangement of the genome was the same as that of published crocodilians. However, it differed from that of other vertebrates, i. e. the rearrangement of tRNAPhe, and the tRNASer-tRNAHis-tRNALeu cluster, which showed conservation of the crocodilian gene arrangement.
