Objective: To explore the clinical manifestation, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of giant cell tumor of the temporal bone (GCTTB).
目的：探讨颞骨巨细胞瘤的临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗方法。
Conclusion: the diagnosis of GCTTB should be based on the clinical manifestation, imaging and pathology. Once diagnosed, total resection is necessary and radiotherapy should follow if necessary.
结论：颞骨巨细胞瘤的诊断须结合临床、影像和病理学资料进行，治疗以手术切除为主，必要时辅以术后放疗。
