abstract:Gate I is the fourth album released by Japanese pop rock trio Iceman on May 21, 1998. It is also the second in a small series of albums released by Iceman from 1999 until their official departure from the Japanese music scene in 2003.
The regionally-focused i-GATE initiative was designed to address these gaps in the research-to-commercialization continuum thus increasing local capacity for technology transfer.
As an example of local government entrepreneurship, I leveraged my small City of Livermore departmental resources to established two 501c3 nonprofits for the i-GATE iHub.
