With the rapid development of higher education, Henan Institute of Science and Technology will base on the concept of scientific development, further open mind, deepen reform, seize opportunity and accelerate development. By hard working we will construct the Institute with more distinctive characteristics of teacher training for vocational education, more prominent advantages in agricultural disciplines and more influences among the similar higher institutions.
