Phantongtae Shinawatra was accused of failing to fully disclose transactions related to his Shin holdings before Singapore's Temasek Holdings --an investment fundmanaged by Ho Ching--the wife of that country's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong , bought the controlling stake in the telecom firm in January.
