Methods:113 cases of midface fractures were reviewed. The nasal bone fracture, zygomatic arch fracture, optic nerve contusion, zygomatic maxilla fracture were treated.
方法：回顾分析113例面中部骨折的临床资料，治疗了鼻骨、颧弓、视神经损伤及颧上颌骨骨折。
Objective: a modification of the traditional arch wire splint craniomandibular elastic traction in maxilla fracture reduction, observation the effectiveness.
目的：将传统口内牙弓夹板石膏帽固定法加以改进，治疗上颌骨骨折。
