Its strong fiscal position, receding inflation and expansionary policymeasures should ensure a soft economic landing, but it needs to expedite its effort to diversify the source of growth and strengthen structural reforms for inclusive growth.
Provided that Brazil regains its nerve on fiscalpolicy and makes every effort to pass the tough measures it promised, the loan package should stay in place.
