Aimed at the vehicle routing problem system related to theory research and operation in view of the present situation in our country, this article applies the advanced optimized heuristic algorithm——genetic algorithms to conduct thorough research to VRPTW used widely, and through an example test programming with C language to this algorithm, finally obtains satisfaction solution.
