The present invention relates to a room temp. vitrification method and a room temp. vitrification machine designed according to the requirements of said method. Said method is characterized by that abiochemical reagent in which the vitrifiable solution is added is placed in low-temp. thermostatic environment ventilated by dry cold air, the biochemical reagent is one-way thermostatically heated from the bottom of said reagent container, through the processes of dewatering by evaporation and concentration, finally changed into glass. Said invented room temp. vitrification machine is composed of air-intake and exhaust system, low-temp. thermostatic system, thermostatic heating system and control circuit and regulated power supply system. By using said invention the vitrified product whose water content is 10% or less than 10% can be produced, can be stored for a long period at room temp. and it is convenient for use, transportation and storage.
