China Central Television says Beijing's smog reached its highest level on LanternFestival yesterday as residents set off fireworks to mark the final day of Chinese New Year.
Although nearly two weeks have passed since the LanternFestival that officially marks the end of the 15-day holiday, cities across China are still facing a serious labor shortfall.
