A new fault screen dictionary method enable to diagnose not only hard faults but also soft faults in tolerance circuits is proposed in this paper.

Differing from the traditional fault dictionary algorithm of analog circuits, this algorithm can diagnose soft faults. It requires less computation and may be easily extended to multiphase SCNs.
