John Swenson-Wright is Senior Consulting Fellow of the Asia Programme at Chatham House and Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, at the University of Cambridge.
It has a dedicated foreign-language school with international teachers and touts its English-language teaching skills, the foreign studies of many of its faculty members and its alliances with foreign schools.
