Often seen at the high levels of Arena teams, this build emphasizes instantcast spells, especially Mass Dispel. Some people put the five points of Reflective Shield into Enlightenment, swearing against any use of RS. There is definite reasoning behind this, since at the top-levels the shield gets dispelled/critted away pretty fast. But for most common mortals, RS can be very useful.
