Results: Through nursing risk management, nursing safety quality was improved. The nursing dispute rate declined to 0% by 1.2%, nursing error rate to 0.2% by 2.1%, the zero accident was realized.
结果：通过护理风险管理，护理安全质量得到提高，我院护理纠纷发生率由1.2%下降至0%，护理差错发生率由2.1%下降至0.2%，实现了零事故发生。
