Louis Smith and MaxWhitlock added two medals in the pommel horse, silver and bronze respectively, and Beth Tweddle took home bronze in the uneven bars.
Lawrence, 26, is one of three from the South Essex Gymnastics Club competing in India - team-mates Reiss Beckford and MaxWhitlock are also in the squad.
