METHODS: 80 patients with clinically definite MS were studied with the event-related potentials(ERPs), among them,70 patients were test with the Wechsler Intelligence Scale(WIS). Analysis the brain MRI of 50 patients, DTI of 5 patients and PET of 2 patients.
