The steering wheel controls are moreintuitivethan the dials I've found on Germancars, and the voicecommand system, upgradedtoaccept 10, 000 words, also workedsurprisinglywell.
Ford would no doubt counter that drivers can always use the voice-command menu, but I find that system to be demanding, rigid, dense and a little hostile.
