Objective To discuss and research the cause of the decrease radioactivity uptake in thyroid static imaging.

Methods The SPECT thyroid dynamic and static union imaging using 99mTcO4-were performed to the thyroid nodular patients.
结论甲状腺动态与静态联合显像对判断甲状腺“冷（凉）结节”的良、恶性有一定临床意义。
