This executive order is hardly a war on redtape, and no affected businesses or consumers are going to be able to sue anybody to force compliance--it's just an "order" to agencies to behave.
Add to this the activities of state and local governments and it is no surprise that the cost of regulations and redtape remain a top concern of small business owners.
