Objective To study the psychological condition on patients with subjective tinnitus, then improve their treatment. Method 80 patients with first complaint of subjective tinnitus were studied with SCL-90, the findings were compared with that of 80 healthy volunteers.Result There were significant difference between the patients and healthy volunteers, including 5 factors: somatization, depression, anxiety, compel symptom and sleep disorder (P < 0.05).
