Due to irresistible circumstances including earthquake, disastrous weather, war, strike, group disturbance, and wide spread of epidemic,etc, the Fair has the right to change, prolong and shorten the exhibition days. Under these circumstances, the Fair bears no liabilities for damage caused to exhibitors except the exhibition fees paid by exhibitors.
