采用计算器数字区组随机化,将患者随机分配为耳穴贴压结合中药治疗组30例、对照组30例。 治疗组采用耳穴贴压法配合口服疏经方片、调经方片;经前取胸、乳腺、垂体、胃、肝、神门、肾上腺7个穴位;经后取卵巢、内分泌、肝、肾、脾、乳腺、皮质下7个穴位。
