Purpose To investigate the pathological changes of peri vascular tissues on rabbit following vascular embolization with medical th tissue adhesive.

Conclusions It is suggest that the dosage of th tissue adhesive and embolized area should be controlled and that embolization in unexpected areas should be avoided.
结论：提示在血管内栓塞治疗中，应严格掌握TH胶用量，控制栓塞范围及防止异位栓塞。
