Mr Kniveton said a senior figure was needed to oversee the administrative supportteam and to work with the conseillers to ensure the proposals approved by Chief Pleas are moved forward.
His team found support for this theory in work showing that autumnal anthocyanins were most abundant in leaves exposed to direct sunlight, and least so in those shaded by the canopy.
The team will then work with families and schools to support the child in changing their behaviours and can also identify any other mental health problems e.g. depression or ADHD.
