The effect of the surface wettability, the roughness of the corrugated plates and the interval of the plates are studied, the results show that the separation effect of the oil wet surface is better than the water wet surface, the separation effect of the asperity plate is better than the glossy plate. A oil wet paint was adopted to change the galvanized sheets’single surface, which can make the coalescence surface be a oil wet one and the surface water fell be a water wet one, then it shows that the changed plate has a much better separation than the oil wet and water wet ones.
利用自行设计的油水分离静态装置进行了板式分离器和普通重力式油水分离器的油水分离效果对比实验,研究了板材表面润湿性、粗糙度和板间距对油水分离效果的影响,结果表明:采用亲油性涂料对亲水性的金属板材进行聚油表面单面改性,并使聚油表面粗糙化,可提高油水分离速度,是一种科学实用的聚结板组改性方案。
