Foreign professionals and managers employed with direct finance from Chinese government, state-level professionals employed with finance from state organs and scientific research institutions, foreign professionals employed by institutions of art, health and sports in Guangzhou, and their accompanying family members (spouses, parents and children under the age of 18), shall enter China with Visa Z, and shall, within 30m days of entry, apply for residence permits from Division of Exit and Entry Administration of Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau.
