HE and Masson stained preparation were fixed with 10%neutral formaldehyde solution while immunohistochemistrystained samples were fixed with mixed liquor of 4% citromintand 0.1% glutaral. Desiccation through alcohol bit by bit,pellucidum through dimethylbenzene, embedded with paraffinroutinely, then sliced up a serial section for 5um thickness.
