Method: Radix Salviae Myltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Chuan Xiong and Rhizoma Sparganii were identified by TLC, and the Content of Chlorogenic acid were determined by HPLC.
方法：采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别了丹参、三棱、川芎，用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量。
The result showed that the whole blood viscosity, hematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the Rhizoma sparganii group were obviously lower than those of the blank control group (P<0.01).
结果表明：三棱组的全血粘度、血细胞压积以及血沉速率与空白对照组相比均有明显减小（P＜0．01）。
RESULT Rhizoma Sparganii treated with vinegar has enhanced analgesic effect compared with the crude drug.
结果三棱经醋制后，镇痛作用较生品有所增强。
