Objective: To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1(TIMP-1) in placenta from patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).
目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP-9）、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子1（TIMP-1）在正常妊娠和重度妊娠高血压综合征患者胎盘组织中的表达及其意义。
Premature rupture of membrane, fetal distress, severe pregnancy induced hypertension, placenta praevia were the main risk factors of premature delivery.
结果胎膜早破，胎儿宫内窘迫，重度妊高征，前置胎盘是引起早产的主要因素。
