Anyone with the slightest streak of rebellion has to be thrilled at the idea that a high school marching band would subtly stick it to ScottWalker, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Koch Brothers.
And yet, ScottWalker survived with a healthy 7 percent margin, pretty much repeating the election Walker ran against Barrett two years ago with far less money in the mix.
