abstract:Robert Emmett "Bobby" Fitzgerald (October 3, 1923 – April 22, 2005; Luverne, Minnesota) was an American speed skater who competed in the 1948 Winter Olympics and in the 1952 Winter Olympics.
The case rested largely on the eyewitness testimony of a career criminal named RobertFitzgerald, who had been an informant for prosecutors before and was in the witness-protection program.
Robert Luskin, personal attorney for Rove, told CNN Friday that he "has no reason to doubt" Fitzgerald's assertion that some White House e-mail was missing.
